I was born in Paris, France where I worked 7 years in an advertising agency. My husband and I have been living in California since 1998 and raising our 3 children.

I’m a 100% devoted dance mom for my two ballerinas and I started to decorate my teen daughter’s old, dirty, pointe shoes hanging in her room. I tried to match costumes she had worn on stage... What a success! Her decorated pointe shoes became very famous among her dance friends. So I decided to offer my skill and creativity to all the dancers. I just had to pick a name... This is how Pointe Variation was created.

I have always been passionate about art, craft, and painting. I have taken watercolor classes in France and acrylic classes in California for several years. I paint primarily with acrylic on canvas and likes to make colors and texture come alive in a perfect harmony.

I have a deep passion for ballet (I danced for 15 years). I love to work on old pointe shoes because of their history and I know they mean a lot to each dancer. I spend a lot of time on each pointe shoes starting in the fabric store, then at home to create a unique model with harmony and originality.

About me...

“A unique design,

and a new life

for your old pointe shoes!”
